    • Manage domestic and expatriate recruiting to include posting jobs to websites and LinkedIn, reviewing CV’s/ resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting phone interviews, etc. 
    • Build pipeline of candidates for future job openings; maintain relationships with top talent 
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and develop a recruitment strategy for open positions 
    • Develop a strong understanding of overseas affiliate operations, location, etc. 
    • Coordinate the scheduling of candidate site visits for recruiting and necessary travel arrangements, logistics, etc. 
    • Assist with developing a virtual new hire orientation program for expatriate employees 
    • Assist with collection of new hire onboarding documents, reference/ credit checks, etc. 
    • Serve as super-user for SutiHR HRS to include Employee document management, applicant tracking, new employee onboarding, leave tracking, system enhancement, troubleshooting technical issue, etc. 
    • Develop and maintain a recruitment dashboard for hiring metrics, etc. 
    • Develop and manage an employee referral program 
    • Schedule and manage monthly recruitment status meetings; maintain recruitment status report 
    • Update ADP Recruit Management for all domestic recruiting needs
    • Manage relationships with external recruitment firms 
    • Manage LinkedIn recruitment platform to include posting jobs, sourcing and contacting candidates, etc. 
    • Manage video interviewing platform to include setting up new position assessments, sending out invitations, reviewing completed assessments, etc. 
    • Develop next generation candidate assessment tools with 3rd party provider 
    • Conduct 30/60/90 day follow ups with new employees and report metrics
    • Develop and manage an overseas internship program 
    • Draft offer letters 
    • Establish relationship with recruiters from other Seaboard divisions to better understand recruitment needs, etc. 
    • Assist with coordinating annual performance management process 
    • Draft employment verification/visa letters as requested from employees 
    • Work on various projects as assigned 
    • 3-5 years HR experience with a focus on recruitment 
    • Required Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business/Management, or related field 
    • Preferred PHR or SHRM-CP certification 
    • Experience with LinkedIn Recruitment platform 
    • Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)

    • Must have excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Requires ability to maintain confidentiality. 
    • Must prioritize and be organized.

    Wilbert is in search of a Total Rewards Manager. This role is responsible for the development and management of progressive and competitive compensation and benefits programming. Wilbert is headquartered in Leawood, KS and is one of the largest and most respected suppliers of products and services to the funeral industry, and currently has approximately 1,400 employees in 90 locations.

    Position Summary

    • In coordination with CPO, create a comprehensive total rewards philosophy. 
    • Research and establish a compensation model with job descriptions and salary ranges, conducting job evaluations, FLSA assessments, and departmental compensation reviews. 
    • Responsible for managing and coordinating administration, execution, and analysis of the Company’s total compensation programs. 
    • Oversee benefits program. 
    • Lead Annual Open Enrollment, day-to-day administration of 401K Plan and other compensation and benefits related plans. 
    • Ensure compliance with government regulations. 

    Position Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field required. 
    • 3-5 years in benefits field, manufacturing environment a plus. 
    • 4+ years of experience with compensation programs. 
    • Exceptional discretion, problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
    • Experience leading compensation design changes from concept to execution. 
    • Experience conducting national pay market analyses and building out national compensation plans. 
    • Strong knowledge of benefit plans and legal regulations. 
    • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) strongly desired.

    Our Benefits Team is seeking a Benefits and Wellbeing Analyst II who can assist with process design, improvements, and documentation, as well as vendor management and to provide subject matter expertise to help educate our employees on the benefits and wellbeing offerings at Terracon. To support your work/life balance, this is a hybrid opportunity with the ability to work from home four days per week. Human Resources gets together in-office each Tuesday to make connections and collaborate.

    Position Summary: As part of the Benefits & Wellbeing team, this position will analyze and administer benefit programs and maintain HR-related systems. Responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of Benefits such as benefit administration, maintaining vendor and employee relationships, coordinating interface files, as well as maintaining standard operating procedures.
