Chris Giuliani is the Chief Executive Officer of Spring Venture Group. He joined SVG in 2011 as the Executive Vice President and launched SelectQuote Auto & Home Insurance Services—a partnership between SVG and SelectQuote. Chris grew the business aggressively until the agency sold in 2012. His leadership, innovative growth strategies and significant contributions to the Kansas City business landscape earned him a spot on Ingram's 40 Under Forty list in 2014 and induction into the Ingram’s 250 in 2017.

Andrew Dowis is the Chief Operating Officer at Pro Athlete, Inc., a company specializing in the customer and employee experience that just happens to provide baseball and softball bats and gloves through multiple eCommerce platforms. During Andrew's time at  Pro Athlete, he has implemented unlimited PTO for employees, developed a company SPA with free services, established the Pro Athlete Alumni Association and built an empowerment culture where every employee is a manager of some sort.

Jason Wollum, Sr. VP – Retail Practice Director, joined Henderson Engineers in 1998. He is responsible for the design, management, and coordination of several projects for some of the company’s top clients. Henderson has been named the No. 1 retail engineering firm in the country and listed on the Top 10 Retail Report by Commercial Construction and Renovation, recognized as a Top 20 MEP Giant by Consulting-Specifying Engineer, a Top 50 Engineering Firm by Building Design & Construction, and a Top 500 Design Firm by Engineering News-Record.
