TOTAL REWARDS EVENTS

Total Rewards Kansas City sponsors monthly meetings, webinars and coffee chat sessions covering strategic and tactical advice, guidance, solutions and current developments in the total rewards field. Speakers are often consultants, advisors and our own members who have developed a particular expertise or have a relevant experience to share. In addition to educational opportunities, we throw in a few social events too!

    • Health & Well-Being - Review best practices that companies can implement when they  invest in the well-being of their employees; creating increased productivity and reduced turnover.

How it works... Facilitators will introduce the topic and steer the discussion. Participants are asked to contribute their topical issues and share their ideas about other issues. Come prepared to learn something new about your hot topics AND to share your ideas/best practices.

How will the deliberations and decisions in Washington impact the benefits world? Join us November 14th to find out.

Back by popular demand, Jim Klein, President of the American Benefits Council, will provide the inside scoop on how political developments are likely to affect the future of the Total Rewards industry, benefits and compensation practices, as well as health and retirement policy.

The American Benefits Council, a Washington, D.C.-based employee benefits public policy organization, advocates for employers, connecting public policy and private-sector solutions to shape employee benefits for the evolving global workforce.  The Council works closely with Congress, the White House, executive branch agencies and the courts to champion legislation, regulation and legal rulings favorable to its members’ needs, and to defend the employer-sponsored benefits system from proposals that would add burdens, liabilities and costs.

Sign up early as this in person event fills up fast.  You won’t want to miss Jim’s balanced point of view and quick wit!
