Kelly Bozak, NorthPoint Development

Kelly Bosak is the Director of People & Culture at NorthPoint Development and is passionate about allowing the human resource function to be strategic and progressive in serving the employees. NorthPoint Development has been honored as the Best Place to Work in Kansas City in the medium size category for the past five years in a row. Maintaining the culture is key to their continued business success.

Maggie Curcio, Henderson Engineers

Maggie Curcio is Henderson Engineer’s Chief People Officer. With more than 20 years of HR experience at organizations like DST, Discover Financial Services, Kraft Foods and ADP, she was the perfect fit to oversee Henderson’s HR department, company culture initiatives, employee/leadership development, and diversity and inclusion programs.

The firm was a Best Places to Work honoree every year from 2011 through 2018, and it is in the Hall of Champions after being recognized as a Champion of Business for three years. Henderson is known for delivering industry-recognized work, annual golf tournaments, corporate sporting challenges, community volunteering, and employee events centered around food, beer, and competition — or some mix of the three.

Jessica Eggers is the Chief People Officer at nbkc bank, where she oversees all facets of HR strategy and execution, as well as leading teams to provide best in class employee experience, drive company culture initiatives and focus on employee and leadership development.
