Pay transparency is coming — in a big way. As a growing number of cities and states mandate more disclosure, employers will be required to publicly disclose how much they pay for their jobs. As a result, employers are changing the way they approach compensation management. This session will address some of the existing and emerging disclosure requirements and how organizations can build greater analytical capabilities to rethink and refine their pay programs while becoming more strategic in ensuring compliance to these rules.

  • Nancy Romanyshyn, Director of Pay Strategy and Partner Success. Nancy works with Syndio customers to assess, diagnose, and uncover how their compensation programs are delivering pay so they can refine and build rewards with built-in fairness. Prior to joining Syndio in 2021, she worked at Willis Towers Watson for over 20 years and led the North America Fair Pay team. She brings nearly 30 years of compensation design and management experience both in- house and leading consulting engagements for a variety of industries.
  • Zach Weidman, Senior Account Executive. Zach works with prospective enterprise customers in Illinois and Missouri with their evaluation process for a strategic workplace equity partner.  Zach's role is to be the conduit between leading organizations and Syndio making sure the right people are brought into the conversation at the right time.  Zach has 10 years of experience working with and implementing SaaS tools and has spent the last 5+ years in the HCM analytics industry.
